I’m currently visiting Memphis and had BBQ at 2 of the more we'll known places in Memphis. Central BBQ and The rendezvous. Both are good, but truthfully made me feel better about my own bbq, I like it better than both, ribs and pulled pork. Both restaurants seem to be scared of salt, food needed more. I liked the flavor of the bbq better at rendezvous though the ribs could have been more tender. Central was the opposite, the ribs were too fall off the bone. They should have a little pull. Sauces and slaw were better at rendezvous beans better at Central.
