Cooking for 50 people next satuday.
Menu

Pork pulled
Whole chicken pulled
Chuck Roll sliced and pulled

Need to know how much to purchase to feed 50 people.

About 10 lbs. of pork*, 10 lbs. of chuck roll*, and 3 or 4 whole (3 1/2 lb.) chickens.
*These are raw weights.
That's figuring about 3 servings per cooked pound.

5 Chickens

2 Butts - 15lbs - post cook weight 10lbs - 1/3lbs serving 30 servings.
2 chuck rolls - 12lbs - post cook weight 8lbs - 1/3lbs serving - 24 servings
4 chickens - quartered - 16 quarters - pulled 5lbs - 1/3lbs serving - 15 servings.

If you're dropping off only the meat and not serving - you should be ok. If you're serving sandwiches - definitely enough.
