PBrug
Full Fledged Farker
Oh man, I wish I had found this recipe/dish years ago. I know I stumbled across it somewhere on this board, but do not recall where. Anyway, thanks to any and all who have posted it in the past. I followed the below recipe including making my own wraps. Used boneless thighs/legs from Costco. Made a double batch, grilling up about 4lbs of meat after it marinated for 24 hours. While my two boys love my Q, they are picky when it comes to trying new things, so I wasn't sure how they'd like the Shawarma. Needless to say they loved it, with my 14 year old eating two huge wraps. My wife couldn't stop raving about it as well. This will be in the regular rotation for sure. If you haven't made Chicken Shawarma yet, do yourself a favor and do so ASAP!!!

Grilled the Chicken on the Weber 26...
Making the wraps was easy and well worth the time...
Everything laid out so we could build our own wraps...
Chicken, Greek Yogurt Sauce, Tomatoes, Lettuce and Feta...
Can't wait for leftovers tomorrow...
Thanks for looking!
