One of those finger food nights. :grin:
I like smoked meatballs but rarely take the time to make them.
These were for an easy, finger food snack night with friends.

I made a meatloaf recipe...

Into the drum til done.

They went over well with friends. We pretty much snacked and enjoyed cold beverages that evening. :-D

I'll make these again in the future.

I could eat a large bowl full of those, but I'm a sauce freak, so give me more. I have to ask, in the last picture, to the right of the dipping sauce, what are the white, circular disks?
 
Up goes the bar again lol, wow those look good! Especially with the olives, pepper's and tomatoes what a treat.
 
They look tasty Jeanie and looking at the platter shot is making me hungry. :hungry:
 
What a unique way of presentation for meatballs. Bravo! I never would have thought about placing them into large shells.

And of course, it all looks delicious.
