Default Smoking in the rain..

8am put on my 10# pork Butt.... It was somewhere around 42 degrees and rain....

Made it through the rain... burned a bunch of coal to keep up with the temp and rain....

But it looked awsome at 3.5hrs in... another hour and we get the results...

Cant wait!

Glad I'm not the only one smoking in the rain today. My brisket has hit 201* IT and almost probes tender every where. Hope your grub turns out great. Nothing better than great Q on a rainy day.
