Default Leftover lamb stew

I was sick of shoveling snow and decided to cook instead. I had smoked lamb left over from New Years, and baby carrots left over from Christmas. There were potatos that needed to be used up. I used a receipe for Guinness Beef Stew from Cook's Country that I'd seen.

The bread was a bread bowl from Christmas that I had in the freezer. I made 30 of them, only 20 people wanted to use one. It came out well, in my opinion.

Lamb is such an underused meat - great in stews...or anything really...

Looks great, and the bread bowl must have been delicious at the end all soaked in the stew juices!
