Dutch's "Wicked Baked Beans"

always a big hit around my area

the recipe had ranch style beans in it

Keri C's Hog Apple Beans look like a keeper but not the one i was looking for

I've heard a LOT about Keri's Hog Apple beans.
I've been working on a variation....Wampus's Peach Bourbon Baked Beans, but it's not quite done yet.

Thanks, guys! I'm glad that you enjoy the beans, and I appreciate your support.

Hey PatioDaddio - Nice looking beans! I will have to give this one a try. How many servings do you get out of a batch that size?

Please keep us updated. I'm a big fan of peaches . . . and have been known to take a wee nip of bourbon every now & then.

Definately can not go wrong with either Keri's Hog apple or Patio Daddio's beans. I just did the Patio beans this weekend and the crowd we had over went crazy over them! Awesome stuff!

I did Keri's beans this weekend with just a couple of mods:
-Did not use cayenne (my family is not a fan of the heat)
-I did not drain the beans
-Used a red pepper instead of green (I don't like the green ones)
-Placed the beans in the UDS after my pork shoulders were done for a half hour to add a little extra smokiness.

The family loved them! They were the best beans my wife and I have ever tasted. You can't beat these beans!
