2 bones for 4.5hrs at 230 using Hickory. Then wrapped for an hour.

My wife and I had one each. Turned out pretty good, first time using hickory splits.

Also did some shorties for my nephew :thumb:
 
Look mouth watering thanks for sharing, I'm going to have to visit my butcher this week and see if I can pick up a couple of bones for this weekends smoke.

It motivated me to do them again, this time 8 bones. Well plus it was my sisters birthday and the fam asked me to bring some meat :icon_smile_tongue:

This time I used oak and cherry and cooked a bit hotter.
