Oh no problem on the OT... I was brain dead, yes it's pretty much the same I don't know what i was thinking. lol It measures real close to 17 3/4" inside ...side to side.

Great burger cook man! I'm gonna build a charcoal basket for my mini so hopefully I can use this method of coal conservation. Thanks for that.

The burger smoked for an hour? How do you normally cook the fries? Twice fried or once?

Green chiles in burgers? Never had before. lol I'm up for it though. Would it go with mushroom swiss though?

The burgers only cooked to 135-140 before I seared them....put the shrooms on first. Burgers never take that long but putting them above the pan block some heat and add good flavor!

Sorry I forgot to tell you how i do the fries. Slice, rinse then put in water and go to it boils maybe a minute or two.

Fry 375 for one minute, lift out of the oil and when the oil heats back up to 375* they go back in for 1-2 minutes. That's it and they're always perfect.
