I'm awake. Wow, big pre-party party last night. I'm probably only one who is up that's not hung over... We'd been drinking beer and floating all day, then about dark thirty someone brought out Crown, then came the single malts... Ah well. We did wrap shortly before 6pm. They came up to temps right at 10:00, a little ahead of schedule, but not terrible. They're still in the cooler, and it's still warm even on the outside (no opening). Will have a pullin' and slicin' party shortly. Y'all have a great weekened!!!

LOOOONG day today. I've REALLY gotta work on only pulling pork on raised tables. I started off exhausted and by noon I couldn't stand up straight. Here's a little pick of some of the leftovers. I think I'll make brunswick stew tomorrow...
