We are finally up and 100% rolling in the truck now! Passed the health inspection, fire inspections, and city police inspections. Huge weight off these shoulders. Start using it tomorrow! I'll try and get some more pics of some action to put up. Still going to truck the UDS with us so no worries there! As always thanks for everyone's advice, knowledge, and help! Any questions feel free to ask!

That's awesome. Were you guys selling at a farmers market before this?
 
Never seen a 100 before, bet is was a bit more than lots of scrubbing!

2 years of doing exactly what they told us we needed to do. We had to have a temporary permit every single time we sold somewhere, which means someone inspected us every single time. So we have built a really good relationship with them. They (HD) were really excited for us and pushed us to have a truck just for the amount of money we were spending on permits ($50) each and every time we sold compared to $120 for the entire year for the truck.
 
Glad to see you guys succeed!!! You have earned every bit of it. Looks like a UDS in a UPS....cool!
