Ribs

I just got 10 slabs of St Louis cut ribs from Master Purveyors out of Tampa. I have purchased from several different outlets in the past but have never gotten ribs with bones this straight and the marbling looks like a Wagyu brisket. Cant wait to slap them on the Beast©. Pics to follow.

Was shipping reasonable?

I did not think it was bad. They were 3.01/pound. I paid 154 bucks for 10 slabs of ribs with shipping. Each rack is right at 3.25 pounds.
