NGA thoughts
So what's everyone's thoughts on kcbs new grilling association? Up here in the middle of canada Sca really isn't viable so being able to piggyback a NGA contest with the same reps(if that's how they are going to run it) then that would be a bonus and would probably expand the day before the main turn ins from just chefs choice to steak and burgers.

Might as well be a jack of all trades, if you can't be a master of one...….

I haven't seen enough to know my thoughts on NGA as a whole, but I wish they would have fixed the BBQ side before worrying about grilling. Now, had they formed a partnership with SCA or something - that I would be behind.

Depending where in the country you are, there is some benefit to using the same reps for a steak cookoff on Fri before a KCBS competition. I did an SCA comp on a Fri, but they had to fly the reps out across the country and with only an extra $100 entry fee the promoter is clearly losing money.
Partnership may be a better idea. |
