Im new to BWS- picking one up on Saturday :) so pardon my lack of knowledge here..but is this a fixed or removable solution? How does it attach?

Im going to build a cart for mine and was thinking of a solution that would swing out from the left side of the smoker- like a small shelf that would be able to fold down when not in use

yeah, its removable. the one thing I never planned on coming from a wsm is when you sauce or tend to the meat, you have the racks pulled out and you drip all over the door and your cement or whatever your patio is
