Default My first Pr0no - chicken, the Johnny Trigg way

Its been 5 days since I attended the Johnny Trigg master class hosted by Big Poppa Smokers. Figured I'd put some of his teachings to work. Did some chicken thighs tonight. Taste seemed spot on to Johnny's; I've still got a little work to do in terms of appearance.

Thighs on my trusty WSM

and the true test

Thanks for looking~

Maybe it's time for me to take a class. Nice job. I have yet to get the skin to come out crispy and to my liking.
