Rosemary Ghost pepper Himalayan salt cider brined thighs and drummies to warm up this MN spring. A variety of preparation trimming to keep it interesting for the kids. Kicked up some Oakridge Secret Weapon with the pepper salt, finished by caramelizing Sweet Baby Rays and Pain is Good Batch #218.
