Default Guaranteed tender, moist brisket

Finally figured it out. Just simmer in tomato sauce, cumin,chili, onions ect. for a few hours. This maked Mrs Nutz ask me to dry out a few more briskets on the BGE to get the stock!! I know how to do that.
