Good Friday!

I know it's a little late, but I didn't have to work on Good Friday so I thought it would be a great day to smoke some meats. I forgot to get pictures of the butts before they went on the smoker. Here they are early in the morning.



Smoked some fatties and pastrami. Here are the fatties.



Did some ribs for an "after school snack" for the kids and I.





Didn't take any finished pics of the pastrami.

Pork butts off. Took a little taste before taking the picture.



All in all was a good day and love everything I've learned from y'all.

Was pretty good. I think I over cooked a couple of them (smoked 4 flats). I just vacuum sealed them and threw them in the freezer for Reuben's later.

Kids said that was the best after school snack ever.
