Question, what parts do you use to for the box on a whole chicken? We do a backyard bbq contest and you get a whole chicken. How on earth do you make it look good in a box?
I'd suggest you read and then post the rules regarding this. Do you need six or eight identifiable pieces? One whole or half chicken? Something else? Read the rules, ask the organizer questions if you're unsure, and post something about them.
