Default holding cabinets

I could use a little advice. I am hoping to keep the price tag under $2k. Any recommendations? Thanks

Buy used. Very nice holding cabinets can be had for around a hundred bucks. Look for online restaurant equipment auctions. Sometimes they aren't even used...just surplus.

Do you want heated holding cabinets? If that is what you are looking for you aren't going to find them for $100, I expect you can find them used for under $2000 on Craigs list occasionally under catering/restaurants and also used restaurant equipment dealers plus the usual restaurant auction houses.

You can get new insulated Carlile units that hold 5 stean pans for $189. If your looking for something electric you can get a hot holding/proofing cabinet for about $1700.
