Just sprinkled on some of my rub and on to the plank! Served with a simple (out of the freezer) risotto and some leftover waldorf-ish salad for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. It was delicious. :-D

That looks great, and I would think trout would be excellent on a plank. Thanks for reminding me about Waldorf salad, have not made it in a long, long time.

It is very similar in flavor and texture. Better than atlantic salmon, but not as good as sokeye IMO.
