Default Prime Steak Reverse Sear

Tonight I did a Costco Prime steak on my 22 OTG. Indirect heat until 115 and rest for 30 minutes. Heat up the gril and sear for a minute a side.

Montreal Rub with salt & Pepper.

Tasted amazing.

Looks awesome...I pretty much do the same thing except I let it rest until I see the juices start coming out and that's usually the 15 minute mark...either way...you got me craving
