We use to make smoked marlin or wahoo dip and that stuff was insane. I wish I had a piece of that to make some Kingfish dip. Never tried Kingfish. Looks great and great cook.

Talk about fish dip. A nice trick that my friend taught me, maybe everyone else knows this but I thought it was pretty clever. When done filleting your fresh catch, take the carcasses and put em on the smoker. When done, pull em off and let em cool. Then push all that rib meat out with your finger and use it for fish dip.
With a catch like you had you could probably make a good load of dip.
