Default Yardbird tonight

Gonna grill some chicken tonight when the mood hits.

We had a late breakfast so it may be a while before my crowd gets hongry.

4.5 lb birds

Cut the backbones-necks out.

Pulled the keel bones and trimmed up leaf fat, excess skin and pin feathers.

Rub on the bottom.

Rub on top.

In the fridge and waiting until the urge to fire up the grill strikes.

I'd go ahead and fire it up now, cause the urge may come on fast and strong!

Plowboys Yardbird is some great stuff. My wife loves it in green beans and mashed potatoes, not to mention the regular bbq stuff. I also happen to be drinking a Bud Black Crown as I type this
