Default Wings & Flank steak (with pron)

So, last weekend I decided to show my in-laws the mini-WSM that I built. The original plan was to do a butt (which I did before and it was great) but there were only 4 adults + 4 kids. Time for Plan B...5 lbs of chicken wings! So I followed this recipe and they turned out great, the only thing I would do differently is not sauce the wings they were delicious without the sauce.

Half the batch on the Mini-WSM

Then I finished them on the gasser.

Then tonight I decided to do a flank steak on the grill. I let is soak in about 2 Tbsp of whoosh and 1 tsp soy for about 2 hours then put on a healthy dose of SM Peppered Cow about 45 minutes before tossing it on the grill.

Sorry about the money shot being blurry, I must have been getting hungry. (stupid cell camera)

Next weekend I'm leaning towards doing my first chuckie!! Stay tuned!

I could only get 1/2 the batch on the mini-wsm, so after I got some smoke on them I moved to the gasser and reloaded the mini.
