Just doin some bacon wrapped water chesnuts and abt's... But I am gonna be working off some vacuum sealed pulled pork that I did this summer! Also gonna be having a few "pork chops" in a can tonight... :wink:
 
16# prime rib just came out of the smoker and is resting before the sear on the kettle.
 
Cured a butt and smokin' it off, and the usual SL ribs.
 
Three Fattys and a whole bunch of MOINKS- Headed out to three parties so everyone gets a little taste.
