Polder dual sensor thermometer, anyone use this??
This looks interesting. Seems it could moniter your meat temp and smoker temp as close to the meat as you can get. Has anyone tried this unit?

I had one until I burned up the sensor in a grease fire. Worked great.
I would have bought that again except I went wireless.
