Default Wednesday Brisket Smoke (Pron)

Did a brisket today with the homemade fixins. Apple cider based bbq sauce, slaw, potatoe salad, sweet tea (the right way) and texas toast. Turned out great. Got a nice brisket from the local butcher. Injected and rubbed that puppy and let er cruise at about 230-250 all day. Cut like butter and we fed the whole house! Still some left over for brisket and eggs in the morning. Enjoy the pics, any questions..ask away!

looks like your Wednesday brisket cook went a lot better than mine. It probed tender then after resting it toughened up.
