Default Ribs, Beans & Cornbread

Tossed on some spare ribs, bbq baked beans and cornbread on the kamado joes on this much needed rainy day.

Some tips tossed in the bbq beans.

Getting the cornbread batter ready. Chopped jalapeños and cheddar cheese added.

Some lil smokies too.

Had to call in for some reinforcements!!

Cornbread was a perfect fit in the Kamado Joe Jr.

Ribs are done.

Thanks for viewing!

Those beans look dynamite, I've got to try those some time. You soak them overnight and let the smoker cook them?

The other food looks great too, those beans caught my eye's though, educate me.

Pretty much the same recipe the Pit Boys used here. More or less the same, I use rib trimmings instead of bacon, also added some cayenne pepper to kick up the heat. They're very tasty, hope you give them a try.
