Default double farkin' venison cheeseburger

just me and my boys for dinner tonight, so we went with some venison burgers (wife doesn't much care for it ). Seasoned really simply with SPOG, and formed some patties, and on to the OTG over RO briqs for some indirect love...

let those go for a while, then threw the buns on for a really light toasting

then a nice sear

...and assembled with some mayo, onion jam, and Ronelle mod. Plated with some roasted fingerling potatoes (just S&P and a little EVOO)

edit: cheese was some provolone I smoked last month

best part was that my wife wasn't here to give me a hard time about my portion size
and yes, I did finish it all
