New Member from Omaha
Hello, my name is Craig and I am from Omaha, NE. I have been into cooking outdoors on my growing herd of Weber Kettles for several years. I've been a lurker here and I wanted to join in on the fun. I'm hoping to learn more cooking/smoking tips plus some additional techniques. One or two of you may know me from some of the other forums. Below is one of my cookers in action. My 1979 red Weber Kettle.
