It's been cool and rainy all day and the Egg has held rock steady @ 230 degrees all day long...

OK, so I already have the SM Cherry rub, some cherry wood to cook it over, I can get some "PRIME Beef short ribs", but I just hafta know, how long did you leave those gorgeous looking beef ribs ribs on the BGE at 230? Not all day long I hope!
