Default Moink balls

I was wondering what size balls you use to make MOINK"S.Today I found The BBQ Grail WikQUEpedia and confirmed they should be 1/2 oz size.
Thanks Larry.

Just big enough to fit in a mini-muffin pan.

Whatever size the Kirkland brand Italian beef meatballs from Costco are, which I believe are indeed 1/2 oz.

I never paid attention on the Costco brand because that's what everyone seemed to be using. Then I went to Smart and Final and they had 1oz & 1/2 oz. They are about the same price per bag, but you get half as many of the 1oz.

I make my own Italian MeatBalls.
3/4 oz works perfect for me.
