Default 1st of three prime rib roasts for the weekend

I was asked by a member of my congregation to smoke a prime rib on Saturday so of course i needed to do a practice cook today. This is the first prime rib, they're all right at 15lbs prepped. My wife loves the dino bones as she can't eat pork so she's in heaven this weekend. One more is cooking as I type this and then the "real" one tomorrow. Fun weekend of smoking meat. Not much better than that.
