Dukes for homemade pimento cheese.
My Granddaughter did not like ketchup until she found she could mix it with mayo, salt and pepper to make a dip for fries and chicken nuggets.

On a conventional Turkey in the oven, I coat it with Dukes and then greek seasoning. Goes over real well.

Well, 10 years here and I had never heard of using it as the main ingredient in a chicken marinade/rub kinda setup. Definitely going to try it with my new Oakridge Secret Weapon I have not opened yet. I'd call that "black ops secret weapon", but Mike already used that name as well!

Growing up and all the way till I stopped eating bread my "go to" sammich was BBQ Chicken on white bread, BEETROOT and cheddar cheese totally drowning in a tangy Mayo. probably the only thing that will make me eat bread ever again.

Saw it was originally created in 1917. Not sure but doubt soybean oil was used in anything back then. A little pricey but I'll stick with Sir Kensington's mayo made with either sunflower or avocado oil.
Just ordered more of both. Zero soybean or canola oil. The vid in both links is compelling as to the quality of the products.

Couple of you have mentioned homemade mayo. I'd like to try making it. Ingredients and process?
