Seeing @Zippy12 stuff those burgers with carmelized onions & cheese hit me right upside the head. I was already hungry for some breakfast....just didn't know what.
I didn't have stuff for burgers....but semi-carmelized onions were had. I wasn't patient enough to let 'em get all the way done, lol.
Did some breakfast burritos for the family.....did eggs & sausage for me. I added the browned onions as a topper for my eggs. Best tasting eggs I've ever had. :thumb:
Once the sausage started to cook.....these girls took up spots in the kitchen....waiting. :heh:
Onions on eggs....and liberal amounts of hot sauces on the sausage. I'm stuffed.
