I’m cooking my normal rotation on the new LSG 20 X 42. Today the cook was a couple of 9#npork butts. They came out quite good smoked with white oak. The more I cook on this rig the better I like it.

Just kidding. I haven't butt that plate sure makes it tempting. Looks delicious.
