Default Taco Time !!!

It was hot today & the last thing I wanted to do is cook indoors.
Way too much beef lately... decided on some fried fish tacos.

A cup of flour, a cup of dark Mexican beer & a teaspoon of salt to get things started.

Whisked it up & chunked a pound of fresh Tilapia.

All swim!

& fry!

Warmed some corn tortillas.

Served with a cabbage/cilantro slaw & chipotle tartar sauce. Time to Eat!!!

¡Una cena fácil de la noche de verano!

There is nothing quite as tasty as a fried fish taco, and yours look fantastic! Well played.

This would make a great entry in the 2017 Noob Showcase Throwdown:

Have tried more than several dark beers for the batter. Dos Equis Amber is the ticket.
