MOINK ball day MOINKs
Well, instead of being home like I had anticipated I was 120 miles away at my girlfriend's parents' house. I didn't have my smoker but I couldn't resist at least making a few MOINK balls today.
There are 2 sizes of MOINK balls on the kettle but both were premade precooked beef meatballs. I found that personally I think the bigger meatballs were a bit too large to enjoy the way I feel a MOINK ball wants to be enjoyed. In the future, I will definitely stick to the smaller ones. It's also really tough to wrap the bacon around the bigger ones. Anyway, these aren't my best looking MOINK balls but the smoky flavor they got from the dripping bacon fat was really tasty! I guess it's not widely known, but should be known by all, that:
Some MOINK is better than no MOINK at all. And no MOINK is inexcusable. Good job!
