With the economy as it is, I see no other choice but to turn to cooking(again). What are the chances of starting a P/T catering service? Would I need a Lic. of some sort? Need I have limited liability?Can I do this by word of mouth and not advertise? How would begin a (small) business/service?

Any advice or ideas are appreciated.:arrow:

It's an O-Bamanation the shape things are in!

I can't stay retired or disabled with the cuts we're getting.The wife's pay was cut $2.50/hr. for the staff with 10yrs. or more with the place. The wife has been there for 16yrs. and moving is not an option.
Bummer when you work hard for so long and get ready to enjoy time, then BAM!, you have to go back!:icon_pissed

Make up your own mind, and don't blame Obama for the trouble you're in now. Keep cookin', and keep the wife working I guess?
