Noob smoker has arrived! Cut my teeth on electric smoker that no longer smokes, now it’s a great outdoor warmer/oven. Bought an Oklahoma Joe charcoal smoker, because it’s time to step up my game. Just slaughtered two piggies and a couple Turkeys now have freezer full ready to experiment and learn. Looking forward to the experience and any advice, tips or questions Pm away!

Welcome to the brethren, James. You will certainly get all of the advice that you need right here. What model OJ smoker did you get? That is the important question so everyone will know what we are working with.
