Rack Size:
  • Five racks: 23” x 23″ each rack can accommodate a full size pan
  • 5 1/2″ spacing between racks
Cook Chamber Dimensions:
  • 23″W x 23″ D x 30″ H
Over All Dimensions:
  • 33″ W x 43″ D x 70″ H (including casters, handle, and thermometer)
Standard Features:
  • Rear mounted, tapered charcoal chute prevents charcoal “bridging” and promotes even temperatures throughout cook chamber
  • Heat shield at transfer tube aids in heat deflection from firebox for more even temperatures throughout cook chamber
  • Fully insulated cook chamber
  • 2″ high temp insulation on all sides of cook chamber
  • Heat deflector/grease pan drains grease down and out of the cook chamber
  • Removable grease pan allows easy cleaning
  • Removable water pan (sits on bottom rack when in use)
  • Drip rails insure that grease is diverted away from edges and into drip pan
  • Rails on bottom to hold grease tray in place off of the ground
  • 180 degree cook chamber door mounted on piano hinge
  • High gloss, automotive paint finish
  • Metallic black standard color
  • 4″ exhaust stack w/damper
  • 2″ ball valve mounted on side of firebox for ease of ATC cable management
  • Adjustable 4 inch thermometer
  • 4 D-Ring tie downs
  • 4 ½ casters on each leg

Just curious, and I completely understand if you prefer to not disclose, what are these selling for these days? How does it compare to the SS-two? Cheers!!!

Getting lots of PMs about the capacity of these units. On the SS-1 you can fit around 20 butts, 10 briskets, or 25 slabs of ribs (trimmed).

No, it does not. The door only opens 180* so that is not an issue. Thanks
