I listened to it.. All I have to say is.. I wish I had that 4 or 5 hours back... I've got to say. I think I would fall asleep if I was a BOD member.. Come to think of it. I am sure that has been done...
 I must admit. I was a bit surprised the amount of interaction that our outside vendor was allowed to input to the BOD. Just about every BOD member was thrown under the bus... I am starting to think that the BOD is losing focus. The $$$ signs are making folks blind. It went from caring for the cooks... Right back to who scratches whose back...
