Default Looking for Pitmaster for BBQ Restaurant

We have a relatively new BBQ restaurant in Salem MA (just north of Boston). We opened in mid-May and right out of the gate business has been excellent. However, shortly after opening our chef/ pitmaster had some pretty severe medical issues. I've been holding out looking for a new pitmaster because I'm loyal but after dealing with the situation for a couple months I feel like I have to make a move.
We're looking for someone with experience running a kitchen and a love for southern cooking.
If you are interested, please feel free to email to check out our website at www.smokinbettysbbq.com and email us your resume to [email protected].

Looking forward,
Steve Feldmann
Owner, Smokin' Betty's BBQ + Bar

There was a guy on here from the U.K. with experience as a Pitmaster and he was looking for a gig. See if you can search old threads.
