Making a Costco run for ribs burgers and dogs. Finally using the Weber after neglect in favor of the pellet pooper and have it soaking in off. Brisket is only 9 lbs so probably 8lbs after trimming will start that early in the morning.

You didn't need to use OFF, just put a huge fire, burn everything off.

Yes, yes you are. Spray Pam on any grates which may look dry.
