Thank God your doing this. I miss Ct and miss the dollars I made there as a BBQ Caterer. It is nice to know that there is one decent caterer doing grill and Que these days. Keep up the good work.
Love the Meadow creek stuff too.. I am designing a clone this year. Do you provide the Platters? The China? Loved the look of those platters Actually... I really want to know where you got those platters... they are huge and elegant.
