I did a packer n beef ribs, your's look awesome. Next time I will break out the camera

Love the brisket and the ribs. More special is that I love the friends and family pics. There's nothing more fulfilling than cooking for family.

Thanks. I used a little beef base then a mustard slather with Ray Lampe big time rub. First time I have used it, my wife said its is her fav so far and she has consumed alot of briskets...lol :-D
