Default Dry Rubbed Ribs 2 Ways - In progress

Whole spares from Sam’s (these are the unmarked cheap ones, but they looked decent)

One rack was hit with Q-Salt (my go to for dry rubbed ribs) and the other was hit with our new rib rub that’s currently in development

The 22” Weber Performer got the call today

Thanks!

I’m kinda partial to it, but I have a built in bias that’s difficult to overcome.

Tossing a few samples out during development gives me a chance of getting feedback from folks that don’t have a vested interest in the outcome.

Looks great! A fancy butcher I go to once in a while started carrying some super crazy spares I'm gonna have to get into & it'll most likely be your stuff I'll be putting on 'em. Looking forward to seeing these done!

I got some chix soaking in buttermilk and q-salt for frying for dinner.

btw - this post reminded me to go look for yer chicken salt on Amazon & I'm not seeing it there. Looked a few different ways incl. on the Naturiffic page.

You are right, it is not on Amazon yet.
My apologies, that lies in my court.
I’ll get on that

Hopefully I’ll be able to put an order in for that soon along with some Chicken Salt to try. That Lamb rub looks interesting too.. Plus I’m getting low on Q-Salt... Dang it! Release it already! Pretty please

Lookin' great!

Just read the name of the new rub to CINCHOUSE and received a HUGE eye-roll in return. Well done! Can only imagine it tastes twice as good.
