Hey everyone, I like to first thank everyone of you for your wonderful posts. I have learned a lot of things that i didn't know about BBQ in your archives. I hope I can share some things that maybe someone else doesn't know about in near future.. i currently live in Egg Harbor Twp in South Jersey.. I love smoking seafood and the usual ribs.. I would try brisket but to intimidated by it.. At this current time I am building my own trailer smoker from a 275 gallon tank. planning on building a 55 gallon char griller and 3 10" bango burners.. I have been BBQ my style for the last 6yrs and now really pumped it up abit after entering a local church comp and took 2nd.. My goal is to do local charity BBQ for the local schools and my fire department.. Just willing to do anything to gain more experience at BBQ.
