Default Loin on the UDS

Maiden cook was last night with some wings and thighs but the daughter had the camera. So,here's tonights..

4Lb pork loin w/ applewood bacon and mesquite.
Went 0n @ approx 5:30. Looks like it might be a late supper

Ain't the greatest pic,cameras on the way to the done pile

It turned out OK. I took a nap while it was cooking and wound up pulling it off at 175 internal
